2012 WCA/NH Scholarship

The NH chapter of the Women's Caucus for Art awards one scholarship each year to a female undergraduate or graduate student majoring in the visual arts at a degree-granting New Hampshire college or university and showing artistic merit and promise.

Click here for the WCA/NH 2012 Scholarship application forms. The award is $1,000  plus a one-year membership in WCA/NH. The student must be a full-time resident of New Hampshire. The deadline is April 1, 2012.

WCA/NH Invitational Challenge Exhibition
ON TARGET!

The Challenge: Start with a 12" x 10.5" brown paper "official 50 ft. small bore rifle target" and let it inspire you to use your creativity and imagination to create an artwork on this theme. We have 48 vintage brown paper targets (thanks to WCA/NH Board member Cilla Sheehan, who found them in an antique store). You can use one of these targets in your work or just as an inspiration.

Get Your Target: You can reserve a spot in the show and pick up a target from Laura Morrison or Marcia Santore by returning the bottom portion of the prospectus with your $10 fee. If you need to have the target mailed to you, please add $4 for shipping and handling.
